The Problem

Your agency sends you a PDF.
You deserve a system.

Most operators are flying blind, juggling Shopify exports, Meta screenshots, call logs, and gut instinct. ProofLabs replaces all of it with a single source of truth, whether you're shipping bottles or booking service calls.

What you're doing now
Pulling Shopify or CRM exports into spreadsheets, cross-referencing Meta and Google Ads, hoping the numbers line up. They never do.
With ProofLabs
A shared hub for the connected sources in your scope, with monthly, weekly, or daily refresh by plan and visible reporting dates.
What you're doing now
Planning next quarter's media spend based on last quarter's vibes. Allocating budget by gut feel across 16 markets or service areas.
With ProofLabs
Campaign planner with pacing and sell-through forecasting, SKU- and goal-level projections, and budget allocation by market, before you spend a dollar.
What you're doing now
Running TV, radio, or broadcast and hoping someone Googles you afterward. No way to connect the spend to a sale or a booked appointment.
With ProofLabs
Cross-channel evidence compares recorded airtime with traffic and call timing where those feeds are available. Review the overlap and its assumptions before attributing an outcome.
The Platform

A connected system, not a stack of reports.

Reporting informs your planning. Reviewed plans help you compare the spend and outcomes that follow. Choose modules for the decisions you need to make, with the relevant sources and assumptions agreed in your scope.

◧
Performance Hub
Connected store, media and lead reporting with monthly, weekly, or daily refresh by plan. We confirm source access and the meaning of revenue, inquiries and appointments before activation.
◆
Campaign Planner
Build media plans with budget allocation by market or service area. Set targets, model scenarios, and see projected returns before you commit a dollar.
▲
Pacing & Sell-Through
Compare approved budgets with recorded spend and outcomes. Plan vs. Actual requires a reviewed plan; alert delivery is scoped and verified separately.
●
Geographic Intelligence
DMA reach maps for spirits and broadcast brands, service-area heat maps for local operators. See where spend meets actual demand, and where it doesn't.
◼
Cross-Channel Attribution
Compare recorded media timing with traffic, orders, or inbound calls when those sources are connected. Timing and platform attribution offer evidence with different limits.
★
Branded Client Portal
A branded reporting hub with named seats and agreed access. Share reviewed exports with your team; portal access and report forwarding are scoped separately.
◉
ProofScore
Review installed-tag observations alongside owned measurement checks and their dates. The included tracking view and separately scoped audit help identify the work needed for dependable measurement.
▸
Content Operations
Prepare and review campaign work with an operator. Campaign Ops is included with Essentials; the light version is optional on Lite and Starter. Approvals and publishing are confirmed in your workflow.
△
Onboarding & Intake
Prepare a scope around your business question and available data. Setup, permissions and delivery timing are agreed before activation; new-product intake is reviewed separately.
Built for Operators

Where strategy meets execution.

Campaigns and creative on one side, market performance on the other. The same data your team uses to brief, approve, and ship, now visible to you.

Who This Is For

Operators who want proof, not promises.

Whether you make the product, book the appointment, or sell the media, you need to see that your dollars are working, and what to do next.

Persona 01
Spirits & DTC Brands
You've built something real. Now you need to sell it at scale, DTC, wholesale, or both, without lighting money on fire.
  • Running Shopify + Meta + Google Ads but can't connect the dots
  • Spending $5K-$50K/mo on media without clean attribution
  • Expanding to new states or DMAs and need market-level intelligence
  • Board or investors asking "what's the ROAS?" and you're guessing
  • Current agency sends you a PDF once a month
Persona 02
Local-Service & Lead-Gen Operators
HVAC, healthcare, real estate, home services, you spend to get calls, leads, and booked appointments. You need to see which channels and markets actually convert.
  • Tracking calls, forms, and leads across multiple sources and CRMs
  • Running paid media across service areas without clean cost-per-lead
  • Need pacing alerts when a market falls behind plan mid-month
  • Multi-location or franchise model that needs roll-up reporting
  • Current vendor mix has no shared source of truth
Persona 03
Media & Agency Partners
You sell TV, radio, digital, or all three. You need a way to prove to your advertisers that the spend is working, or they walk.
  • Selling TV/CTV packages and need attribution beyond Nielsen
  • Clients asking for proof of ROI and you're showing reach metrics
  • Want to offer analytics as a value-add to your media packages
  • Need white-label dashboards for your advertiser clients
  • Looking for a tech partner, not another vendor
The Proof

Inspect the evidence.
Then make the call.

Bring a question about your spend, sales, or inquiries. We scope the relevant sources and demonstrate what their dates and definitions support before agreeing to delivery.

The Leave-Behind

Make the evidence inspectable.

Attribution is evidence, not certainty.

The Revenue Impact view gives you a defensible read on what likely moved revenue, with the spend, timing, and assumptions beside it. Use it to make a better budget call, not to pretend marketing is laboratory science.

  • Compare tracked revenue, spend, and timing without hiding the caveats
  • Keep platform-attributed sales separate from total store sales and estimated lift
  • Flag campaigns that are scaling, fatiguing, or wasting money
  • Compare your own history using matching periods and definitions
Common Questions

The fine print, minus the BS.

Is this a SaaS product or a service? +
ProofLabs combines reporting software with the delivery and support in your agreed scope. Lite and Starter have async support; Essentials also includes a weekly async strategist standup. Agency-managed advisory follows the separate engagement. Compare the plans, then scope the reporting around the question you need answered.
Do I need to be a spirits brand to use this? +
No. The reporting questions span DTC ecommerce, local services, healthcare, awareness, business-to-business and nonprofit work. We review the sources and outcome definitions for your business. Orders, inquiries, appointments and donations need different measures and reporting boundaries.
What integrations do you support today? +
We scope reporting feeds such as Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, lead intake and call tracking against your accounts. Custom exports, broadcast logs and CRM feeds are reviewed per engagement. We confirm permissions, available history and field definitions before agreeing a connection.
How fast can I be up and running? +
We agree setup timing after reviewing your sources, permissions and delivery needs. Before activation, we demonstrate the reporting, confirm the service owner and terms, and verify payment and named users. A scope request starts that review; it does not create an account or start billing.
What makes this different from Looker / Tableau / my agency's reports? +
We focus on the operating question: what was planned, what the available sources recorded, and what decision follows. Planning modules let you review assumptions before allocating media; reporting puts dates and definitions beside the results. The modules and human review you need are agreed in your scope.
Can I white-label this for my clients? +
Branded portals are part of the platform. Partner delivery, branding rights, client access and support responsibilities are scoped in a separate agreement. Existing agency arrangements remain on their agreed terms; a public subscription does not establish a reseller agreement.
